Biljettforum offers three ways to buy tickets:

On biljettforum.se you can buy tickets with a credit card. You can also buy tickets via Biljettforum's customer service on telephone 08-24 26 00 on all business days between 10:00 and 17:00. Please note that you must pay a service charge of SEK 20 in addition to the remaining fees and charges.

Irrespective of how you buy your ticket, you do not have to worry about losing it. Via our system, Biljettforum is always able to reprint your ticket.

If you do not receive your ticket by mail within five business days from your order, please phone us and we will print a new ticket for you without additional costs to you.

If your ticket has been stolen, if you put it in your washing machine or you have other mishaps, which Biljettforum is not liable to, it costs a charge of SEK 125 to have a reprint of your tickets as well as SEK 30 of ticket charge.
